Description: Truck Adapter Kit TA-R3Dx for Rivarossi/ IHC 85ft Corrugated-Side Passenger Cars Use a TA-R3Dx kit to easily install Walther’s 2-axle passenger car trucks and Kadee #451body-mounted couplers on Rivarossi/ IHC 85ft (1940’s) Corrugated-Side Passenger cars. (These kits are intended for experienced modelers.) The TA-R3Dx includes; 2 R3 Truck Adapters, 2 S4TP06SB black truck screws. 2 'D' coupler mounting pads,4 Brass Solder tabs for lighting connection to the Walthers' trucks The ‘D’ coupler mounting pad has a pilot holes for installation of the Kadee #451 wide-swing coupler. The hole in the R3 Truck Adapter needs to be drilled through into the recipient car and the both the TA and coupler pad need to be threaded with the appropriate tap. Please note: Walther’s trucks and Kadee couplers are not included with Truck Adapter KITs. An illustrated destruction sheet is included.Note: the R3Dx is the same as the R3D with the addition of the brass solder tabs. I attempt to provide the most accurate description possible.
