Diagnosed in adulthood with anxiety and ADHD, she manages her own troublemakers through exercise, speaking with a therapist, and practicing yoga.RAGON DICKARD is a Seattle-based illustrator who loves to make art with monsters, animals, people, and fruits and vegetables.
