From the Toxic Sludge Family of Hot Sauces, Extracts, Oleoresins, and Capsaicin Pain Relief Ointment we are now offering these 3 different sauces. Each sauce is made with the identical ingredients of Red Onion, Garlic, Ginger, High Proof Alcohol, Acetic Acid, and MSG. Why MSG? Cause it makes stuff taste better. If you are allergic then please use this sauce with extreme caution. We also added some 16 Million Extract to kick up the HEAT. I don't make any claims as to the SHU of these sauces but they taste great and then the HEAT hits you. These can be refrigerated if you like and they can also be stored at room temperature due to high alcohol and acetic acid content. The only difference between each sauce is the pepper type we used. All of our other sauces are made with fermented combinations of Ghost, Scorpion, and Reaper Peppers along with others like Primos, Habaneros, Jalopenos, Scotch Bonnet, etc. But as many of you know, Ghost, Scorpion, and Reaper Peppers have distinctive taste profiles. So we took a bunch of each and fermented them separately. These mashes have been fermenting for over 2 years. We think they are yummy and hope you will too. Each bottle is signed but not numbered.
