They are pull-on and have an elastic cord tightening mechanism at the top. The upper material is suede leather and fabric. They have a duck-boot style, with the bottom being fully rubber, the area above that in suede and fabric. These boots would be an economical choice for your growing child! CONDITION: Pre-owned. Nice shape. The rubber is in good shape with no cracks. No spots or stains to the uppers. A few small scuffs to the suede but otherwise in nice shape. Some pilling on the inside. Sole tread is in great shape. No holes or rips. No separation from the soles to the uppers. Elastic in good shape. Some corrosion to the elastic grommets. Items from a smoke-free home.
