For enhanced operation in the field, the internal memory stores up to 8,000 points in the GTS-225 for data recording or 16,000 point for layout. Data transfer to a personal computer is possible with the RS-232C interface cable. The laser plummet creates a clearly visible spot on the ground, you can set up the instrument fast and easy. The GTS-225 provides a liquid type dual axis compensator for vertical and horizontal angle compensation. This provides accurate elevation measurements, even if the instrument is not precisely leveled.
