Labels are purchased through eBay and can only be shipped to the address confirmed during checkout. I ship within 1 business day and bring items to the post office Monday through Friday. Once tracking shows "Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending" the item is in the hands of USPS and I am only able to see the same tracking info you see on your end. If there is a delay in shipping it is due to USPS and out of my control. Returns - I do accept returns however the item must be in the same condition it was sent to you in. I cannot accept returns on used cosmetics - please be sure of what you are purchasing, including the shade. Unless there is an issue where I am at fault returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and buyer must pay for the return shipping. The "restocking" fee is used to help cover the original shipping fee... although I offer "free shipping" on most of my listings this does not mean that USPS lets me ship for free.
