Play wear includes scratches, scrapes, paint wear, minor rusting (base), window scratches, sticker wear. Ladder works well. Two ladders are loose and one is attached to the arm. All three figures are in decent shape. The AfricanAmerican figure has a looser head, but not too bad. Paint wear and scuffs to figures. Pretty clean but needs a bit of washing. Please see photos.
