Description: I think that the Tom figure was made in 2017, but I am not sure. I say this because on the bottom of this foot it says 0617, and on the back it says 17. He was made in China. Jerry and his little band set are from McDonald’s in an unopened package dated 1989 and was made in Hong Kong. Tom has a few scratches on one ear and somewhere to an inner elbow.
