On 10/19/1989 Hudson County, NY Sheriff Edward Webster issued Tiny Tim a Special Deputy Sheriff badge and ID. The laminated ID is signed on the front and back by Sheriff Webster and Tiny signed both his birth name and celebrity name on the backside. Rare to have both signatures together) Also included is a photo of a woman that was tucked behind the ID the wallet badge. This item was obtained and given to me by Ernie Clarke who before dying was a close fan and friend of Tiny. Personally I knew Tiny from 1993 to his death in 1996.
