It was produced in 1975, and is dated 1975 (in Roman numerals). In 1979, it was reproduced as part of the Tiny Talk Collection Series IV, and called Tea Time. That one is marked differently, dated 1979 (in Roman numerals), and the dresses, tea pot and tablecloth are different colors than the original 1975 figurine that I have listed.
