Each clasping link is separated by smaller oval non-clasping links (6mm). You can remove/add links to adjust length. ALL 28 CLASPING LINKS are solid gold (not hollow) and have a spring loaded hinge so you can open and close and can add or remove charms/pendants anywhere on the chain. Necklace measures 15.75 inches long and weighing at 35.6 grams total solid gold. A very well and strongly made solid necklace by Tiffany & Co. Hallmarked "T&Co 750 Italy".
