This comic book, which is 70 years old, has a fairly decent looking cover shine, and an average crispness level. The flaws are typical of what one would find in this condition, such as a couple of light water spots, some ink'd writing/scribbling (inside), a 3/8" x 5/8" at the top right hand corner of the front cover, several creases, and a couple of tears in the 1" range. Inside, everything is complete, with no coupons or panels cut out, as the structure is reasonably solid, with no detectable brittleness, with the OWL whiteness level about a 5.
