This is one of my favorite novels, and now especially because it helps me understand the Mayfair Witches series; the original novel has much more intrique around the ancient secret society the Talamasca so that is nice about the book versus the AMC series, and it doesn't have any baggage over views on the actors playing various parts...the other novels in this trilogy are Lasher & Taltos... The ‘Mayfair Witches’ series was Renewed for Season 2 at AMC!!! Season 1 now available on Netflix!
