As noted in the photo gallery, the cartridge has a hole drilled/melted into it near the bottom label. The hole does not appear to go all the way through the case. An online source claims that this is a Canadian release and I do not know if there is a regional relevance to the marking similar to cutouts on American vinyl albums and tapes. This item is being sold AS-IS as a collectible piece. The package has never been opened, but I cannot guarantee that the tape would play if opened. I normally offer refunds for returns, but the sealed condition is what gives this item value and I could only refund the money if the tape is returned sealed. As collectors, we all know this is standard practice, but it must be stated in writing for eBay. Sincerest thanks for looking!
