SYNOPSIS: Officer Dan Barton is assigned to smash an enemy sabotage ring and arranges to have himself thrown off the police force. He dons the guise of the Black Commando and is hunted by both the police and the federal government. He is thought to be a spy and must smash the sabotage ring that is after a secret formula for synthetic rubber. Dan learns that they are to obtain the formula by a secret code. With the help of ace reporter, Jean Ashley, and his police partner Pat, they go after the bad guys and set out to get the code. This comes on 3 discs with chapter menus in a hard case with artwork and title printed on discs. This comes from an original 16mm film transfer. The quality is real good on this hard to find title.
