A few pages have notes in pen. There is also a business card taped to the front inside cover. The dust jacket is in very good condition for its age. The book shows signs of age or wear through spine/cover edge/corner rub, slight corner push, spine upper/lower edge rub/push, page edge rub, scuffs, or scratches, page edge soil/staining/age staining/age spotting, a few edge nicks, and yellowing of pages. The staining is mostly on the top page edges...I didn't see any staining extending to pages. Hinges are not visible. All pages are intact. The dust jacket shows signs of age/wear through light cover/spine edge/corner rubbing, scratches, light edge creasing, light soiling/rub soil, flap yellowing/light inside tanning, and fading/rub fade. There is more notable staining on the back panel and spine along the top edge. Corners are rubbed with some pushed or worn down slightly. The spine upper edge has a tear of about 1/8". Tiny edge chips here and there, but mostly on and near the spine upper and lower edges. This book measures 9 1/4" x 6 1/4" x 1 3/16".
