Description: Advertising trading card flyer from The J. & E. Stevens Co. out of Cromwell, Conn. Circa 1900. It pictures and describes the company's cast iron Bear Hunt No 333 mechanical coin bank, with the American Indian firing a coin into the bear! This measures about 3 1/8 x 5 1/2 inches and is on thin paper (not card stock). These one color descriptive and instructional Stevens ad flyers were usually intended to be inserted inside the wooden box with the bank before leaving the factory with the J. & E. Stevens maker's attribution on the flyer. In very good condition, clean front and back, small tear at top border and a few light creases. Extremely scarce and collectible, 100% original and authentic. Will ship in archival sleeve for ongoing preservation.
