This 2018 hardcover edition published by Black Library, is the 6th title in the series and is a must-have for any Warhammer 40K collector. Set in the Horus Heresy, this book features Josh Reynolds' thrilling storytelling of epic battles between the Emperor's Children and the forces of Chaos. With original English language and a focus on the Palatine Phoenix, this book is a great addition to any Warhammer collection. Don't miss out on the chance to own this amazing piece of literature! The book is in very good to excellent condition. The only defects I see are on the corners of the covers (see pics) where the previous owner and/or the store I purchased it from wasn’t very careful about how they were shelving it. Otherwise, in my opinion the inside of the book is in near mint condition! See pics Pictures are of actual item (or items) you will receive & are considered part of the item description. I try to include as much info as possible, but please check out the descriptions and pictures so you can fully understand the condition of the item. To save on paper waste & shipping cost, I recycle packing material as much as I can. Your item may or may not be shipped w/recycled boxes, paper or bubble wrap. I personally pack your item while keeping in mind what I would be ok with if I were the buyer opening up the package. Because of this, if you are returning your item because you have changed your mind and/or after it arrives you decide you do not want/need it anymore, I will accept these types of returns under the following conditions: If you change your mind after your item arrives: If for any reason you no longer want the item you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note: on this kind of return YOU will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. When I get the item back, I’ll issue a refund, (minus a 15% restocking fee) within 48 - 72 hours of getting the item back. If the item was broken or damaged in shipping: I try to package items carefully but sometimes due to circumstances beyond my control, it may arrive broken or damaged. ALL fragile and/or breakable items will be shipped with INSURANCE. With both USPS Ground Advantage & USPS Priority shipping, insurance is included up to $100. If your item cost more than $100, additional insurance must be purchased. If I am offering free shipping on the item, I will purchase the extra insurance to cover your item. There are two options for this type of return. ~OPTION 1: If you want to file the insurance claim with the shipping provider yourself: If your item arrives broken or damaged, please notify me within 5 days of delivery that it arrived broken or damaged. I will provide you with proof of the insurance & proof of what you paid for the item so you can take it (along with the original box, all of the original packing materials and original shipping labels) to the shipping provider used & file a claim for the insurance reimbursement. It usually takes 7-14 days and they will issue a refund directly to you. I will assist you with this any way I can. ~OPTION 2: If you wish to send the item back to me & have me handle the insurance claim with the shipping provider: Please notify me within 5 days of delivery that your item was broken or damaged in shipping & that you would like to send it back to me for me to issue your refund and to handle the insurance claim. Please also fill out the form with EBAY reporting that your item arrived damaged in the mail. This will allow me to start the refund process. I will need pictures of the following: ••The damaged item as close to what it looked like when you initially opened the box and found it damaged. ••pictures of the item removed from the packing materials to show the actual damage. ••pictures of all the original packing materials, the shipping label etc. Most shipping providers only allow 30 days from the date of delivery to file the insurance claim so this is needed as soon as possible so I can initiate the claim with the shipping provider. Within 12-24 hours of EBAY receiving the notice that your item arrived damaged in shipping, Ebay will email a shipping label for you to send it back to me, AT NO COST TO YOU. When you send it back, please rewrap the item(s) in the original packaging, reseal the original box back up and then put everything in an outer shipping box and affix the shipping label provided. Please be sure to include all pieces that were originally in this order even if all of them were not damaged. An example of this would be if it was originally a set of 4 glasses and only one was broken, I will still need the other 3 glasses to be sent back as well. Once I receive notice from EBay and/or verification from the shipping provider that you have put it in the mail to send it back to me, I will go ahead and have eBay issue you a full refund. IF YOUR ITEM DOES NOT ARRIVE I always ship w/tracking & insurance on every item. If your item does not arrive or gets lost in the mail, please fill out the form with EBay that your item hasn’t arrived yet. That will also let me know so I can initiate and inquiry with the shipping provider. After a certain amount of time has passed, if the item still hasn’t arrived we can file an insurance claim with the carrier. The same guidelines apply for this type of refund that are in place for an item that arrives broken/damaged. Either you can handle the insurance claim yourself, or if you prefer, I can handle the insurance claim for you. +++INTERNATIONAL BUYERS!!!! +++International buyers are welcome but PLEASE NOTE: I use the eBay International Shipping Service so I don’t actually don’t ship the items internationally myself. I ship your item to the eBay International Shipping Hub (which is inside the United States) Once there, eBay takes over the INTERNATIONAL part of the shipping. EBay handles all protocols for shipping items outside the US. This includes custom forms, COD paperwork (if applies), and means that eBay is the one who is charging any shipping charges, handling charges, duty fee and/or taxes, etc. They are the ones who decide how much to charge international buyers for shipping NOT ME.
