The story was first published by Walpole in late 1764, and the text published here follows that used for the collected edition of Walpole’s works of 1798. The plates are printed in purple and green. Very good book with pages clean and tightly bound, and only a couple of small foxing spots to edges. In a lightly worn and tanned slipcase.
