Description: Up for sale is a copy of "THE BRIDGE OF SAN LUIS REY" by Thornton Wilder. Illustrated by Amy Drevenstedt. Published by Albert & Charles Boni, New York. 1927, 1st Edition. Overall the book is in NF- Condition, however, the dust jacket is only in fair-/Acceptable+ Condition. The jacket has wear and browning. There are nicks, chips and tears. Pieces of the spine are edges are missing. It is taped on the reverse side of the jacket. It is not price clipped. Other than the issues with the jacket, the book is in really nice shape. There is little wear to the boards - some light scuffing on a few parts of the edges. Internally, it is firmly bound with 235 pages. The pages have very light wear. Pencil writing by a previous owner on the front end pages. A nameplate sticker pasted inside the front board. Other small dings here and there.
