It features the 2009 remasters and includes wider Stereo versions of the 2 German language songs: Sie Liebt Dich (She Loves You) and Komm, Gib Mir Deine Hand (I Want To Hold Your Hand), and has better sound quality than the 1988 issue of this LP!180 gram audiophile vinyl, gatefold cover. Includes a 4-page booklet. 2012 US pressing. No writing on cover or labels. Cover is in EX (Excellent) condition with very minor wear on front. Back cover has minor scrapes (hard to see on dark cover) and normal shelf wear bottom. Discs are in EX (Excellent) condition almost near mint. Labels are clean. Features a Gatefold sleeve (folds open) showing a photo of the Beatles. Comes with factory issued poly-lined sleeves, and a nice 4 page booklet. (See all photos). It was originally released as two separate volumes on 7 March 1988, as part of the first issue of the band's catalogue on compact disc The set compiles every song released commercially by the band that was not available on the Beatles' 12 original UK albums or the US Magical Mystery Tour LP. It includes liner notes by Beatles historian Mark Lewisohn. The majority of the Past Masters set consists of A & B sides from the band's singles, including single versions of songs that appeared in a different form on the band's albums. Also included are the full contents of the UK-only Long Tall Sally EP, l German language tracks, a song recorded for the American market, and a track released on a charity compilation album.
