Description: The Art of Fallout 4 Limited Edition. The outer box has minor wear with a few scuffs. The art book itself is in like new condition. The lithograph is in like new condition and has not left its protective display case. The lithograph case is made of fabric and it appears to have some light dust on it and I wanted to include a picture of that to give the buyer a heads up so it was not a surprise. I was going to clean it with a damp cloth but I didn’t want to risk any damage to the lithograph but I think the display case can be easily cleaned as long as you do it carefully. I wanted to be as transparent as possible since this item is rare and limited to only 5000 but if you have any more questions about this item please do not hesitate to ask.
