Texas Style Western Batwing Chaps

Description: Texas batwing chaps custom made - new. 41” top to bottom. Tough working chaps. Everything used to make these chaps was selected with toughness in mind and the rugged conditions that working cowboys encounter. I made these for the cowboy that needs tough, quality chaps. I’ve got more sides of this good leather if anyone wants some made to their specs. If I were a younger working cowboy, I would keep these chaps for my self. I’m proud of them. Made for use as working chaps for a working cowboy. Made from 6 oz leather. Heavy nylon thread and rivets and burrs for strength. Brush buster trim on leg bottom. Get down ring on left leg. Leather is durable and tough as a boot for protection and to last for years. Wil not require breaking in. Ready to be put to work. I made these after a friend sent me a couple old photos and encouraged me to make a pattern and some Texas style batwings in addition to the existing line of chaps I make. Brush buster trim on leg bottoms. Buckle and straps for legs. Waist is about 38-44” with room to add more holes smaller or larger. 1 1/2 leather belt with roller buckle made with 9-10 oz buffalo leather, same as used for conchos. Traditional leather thong in front. Leather conchos with adjustable buckle and straps to fasten chap legs. Made proudly in the USA.
