Description: Remarkable all original and fully functional american art deco "electroalarm" bedside clock designed and fabricated by the warren telechron co., ashland, mass. the exceptionally well-designed skyscraper style electric alarm clock is comprised largely of brown bakelite, with original yellow brass trimwork. the stepped or multi-tiered clock retains the original incandescent lamp used to illuminate the clock face. the light intensity is controlled by a single knob located on the backside of the clock. the protruding steel lever directly below the glass encased face is used to silence the internal alarm bell. original cord and plug intact. great overall condition, considering age. the clock was fabricated between 1929-31. measures 8 x 6 inches..
