Description: Please read all. Excellent physical condition of Swivel and bag- had been used but sitting around mostly I charged it up with usb charger, turns on, green and red button light up. It moves but I do not think it moves like it should when you move the remote. When I change area of the remote it does not move, it is either delayed a lot of it is broken. Not sure, but after a while it blinks and later dies. NO WAY for me to test, or take the time, selling AS/IS for parts - repair. No returns - no money back. No extra parts - just what you see in the 1st picture associated with the Swivel
