Description: For your consideration, a charming antique late Georgian era split pearl and emerald ring, circa 1830. The ring is in overall good antique condition with mild surface wear and abrading to the emeralds. The ring has a secret locket compartment to the back with the metal or glass cover missing. I recommend not getting this ring wet and perhaps wear it on your non dominant hand since estate jewelry like this can be a tad bit delicate, this piece is approximately 200 years old. No hallmarks present but it acid tests between 14 and 18K with an estimate of 16K and the gems test as emerald with a presidium gem tester. **Signature required for delivery.** Sized between 6.5 and 6.75, weight 2.2 grams. Pearls measure approximately 3mm, emeralds approximately 1.5 and 2.5mm.
