Description: Superior Plastics Wells Lamont Red Ryder Black Horse gold bridle, hooves and breastplate Very HTF Black Plastic Western Horse, based on Hartland Victor model. The seem to have been released between 1953-1955 roughly. Manufactured by Superior Plastics as a Red Ryder coupon promotion for Wells Lamont, based on Red Ryder's black stallion named 'Thunder'. In good vintage condition, he does have some rubs where his blue base plastic is showing through in some spots, but no breaks. Features original reins but no saddle. A rare and interesting vintage find for the die-hard TV Western memorabilia collector! See photos, they are part of description.
