I am not a professional grader, though I have been collecting comic books for more than 50 years! Cover has very good color & reflectivity with no creases but with ink markings and two small missing pieces from long edge. Cover and centerfold are well attached. Spine has mostly light to moderate wear with a nearly 3/4” spine-split from top. Interior pages off-white to beige with some tanning around edges. Back cover has small corner and tiny piece missing from edge. Missing bit from front and back covers keep this copy from higher grade estimate.
