Description: SUPER RARE ANTIQUE COLBURN'S MUSTARD ADVERTISING GLASS THERMOMETER + MUSTARD TIN This is an extremely rare glass thermometer that dates to the 1890's or before that advertises for Colburn's Mustard and a Colburns Mustard tin also. This thermometer is a super rare find. I've never seen another one of for sale anywhere. It also comes with the original solid brass brackets attached to the backside. That is amazing to see as well. Thermometer has neat measurements like "Fever Heat", "Blood Heat", "Summer Heat", "Temperate", "Freezing", and "Zero". Was manufactured by the A. Colburn Co. out of Philadelphia, PA as marked on the front. Thermometer is in amazing condition for its' age and was never displayed. Please see pictures for design and condition detail. Measures 10 and 3/4" tall by 2.5" wide. Just an amazing and rare piece! Along with thermometer is an original Colburn's Mustard tin with wrap-around paper label. Tin probably dates to the 1920s or so. It is in good condition as well with just some natural age wear present. Please see pictures for design and condition detail.
