May these precious gifts shine through in everything you bake. -To your good health, Bob Moore SUGGESTED USE: Basic potato soup 1 Tbsp Butter or Oil 1 cup chopped Onion 1/2 cup chopped Carrot 1/2 cup chopped Celery 1 tsp minced Garlic 1 1/2 tsp Salt Pepper, to taste 2 cups Milk 2 cups Water 6 Tbsp Bob's Red Mill® Potato Flour Heat butter or oil in a medium soup pot over medium heat. Add chopped onions, carrot and celery and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes. Add garlic, salt and pepper and cook until fragrant, 1-2 minutes. Add milk and water and stir to combine. Whisking continuously, sprinkle in potato flour and stir until smooth and the desired thickness. Add your favorite seasonings, if desired. Makes 4 servings. INGREDIENTS: Potato.
