FRAME FINISH All Gensun products go through an 8-step cleaning process and electrostatically applied powder-coat paint system to give you an incredibly durable finish that is scratch resistant, corrosion resistant, capable of withstanding temperature and precipitation variations and easy to clean. Many of our paint finishes also feature a special paint application on top of the powder coat that gives the product an antiqued or stone look. This hand-painted antiquing is baked on for durability and longevity. Please note that frame finish color may vary slightly in comparison to our current product offering. CUSHIONS Gensun's Dry-Luxe cushions are custom made in our California warehouse. They are tailored to our furniture designs and offer incredible comfort. We use the best fill available and only quality made fabrics. Our Dry-Luxe cushions add a water repellent protective liner around the fill. WARRANTY PRODUCT COVERAGE Gensun warrants to the original purchaser that the products are free from defects in material and workmanship with normal use and regular maintenance. Warranty is to the original owner and starts at date of purchase. Proper care & maintenance must be performed. Cast aluminum table tops and fire table bases have a (Lifetime) structural warranty. Furniture, extruded aluminum tables and fire table tops, table bases and other furniture accessories have a (15) year structural warranty. Slings have a (1) year warranty on the construction and fill materials. Dry-Luxe cushions have a (2) year warranty on the construction and fill materials. The paint finish has a (5) year warranty against peeling and blistering. Fabrics have a (2) year warranty on material and manufacturing defects. Product component parts - hinges, door handles, glides, hardware, wheels, etc. have a (2) year warranty on material and manufacturing defects. Woven and strap materials have a (3) year warranty on material and manufacturing defects. COVERAGE DETAILS If the product frame or structure fails or if the finish peels or blisters Gensun will, at its' option, repair or replace the frame or part in the original style and finish whenever possible. However, if the original style or finish is no longer available Gensun will substitute product of equal value in a similar style and/or finish. Refer to Gensun's Care & Maintenance for regular and proper product cleaning. WHAT IS NOT COVERED This limited warranty does not cover normal fading of the finish, fabric or woven materials. The warranty does not cover shipping damage, damage due to acts of nature, misuse, abuse, stains, hard-water deposits, product variations up to 0.2 inch, normal wear and tear, consequential and incidental damages, normal cushion and sling sag due to use, commercial or institutional use, repaired or refinished products not authorized by Gensun and damage due to a lack of regular care and maintenance.
