Description: Good used condition- shows wear/pilling from bottom of pool on back, but there are no holes or stains. This is meant to be worn while swimming or laying down- it’s basically a very skintight tube that goes over your legs to give you a mermaid tail. There are plastic sheaths over the edges to keep the fins fanned out flat, it’s made of thin but opaque swimsuit material, and there is elastic around the waist. Can be worn high waisted and maybe even over your chest and is very stretchy. Size is juniors 11-15 and fits true to size- (I’m an adult that wears ~12 pants and it fit me comfortably).
