Description: Stunning Vintage- Oil on Board -Harbor scene- Signed "Hank?" The outside measures of the frame are approx. 21-1/2 X 17-1/2 inches. The board measures approx. 17-7/8 X 13-7/8 inches. What's wrong with it? Shipping includes delivery to a physical address via a method of the seller's choice.
