The painting is unsigned, dates c1950s in our opinion. The work as presented has been matted to its present format, but the painting is much larger and can be reconformed to suit the buyer – please see the relevant image. Mid-20thC Continental School painting in our opinion, could possibly be slightly earlier. One of three interesting paintings form the Sue Barraclough Gallery, carries a label verso. Presented in good condition in a later frame, this painting will look fabulous displayed.
