Description: Great looking pre-owned Stratton USNPS Ranger hat here. It is size 7 1/4. Hat looks to be in pretty good shape. The chin straps leather seems to be deteriorating on the surface a bit and where it comes down through the metal there is some tarnishing. There's also some discoloration around the area of the leather strap that goes around the hat, the headband area and on top. I do not know if these a permanent or can be washed out.
