Description: Romantic scene powder compact from Stratton. Man playing lute to two reclining women, enameled lid. Compact in hand logo on inner lid with Stratton underneath the logo. The puff has some light wear on the label. Mirror is beveled with Made in England at the top. 2 3/4" diameter, about 1/4" thick. This was probably pressed powder. I believe this dates to the 1950s or early 60s. I do not have the box or the pouch. Good condition, spot on bottom that looks dark depending on the angle you look at it. Nice addition to any compact collection. Shipping weight less than 1 pound.
