Sterling? and Turquoise Chip? Ring (READ, AS IS), Size 7

Description: This stunning ring is a size 7 (maybe slightly larger). It is a bit of a mystery. The inside is marked but I can't read what it says. I have been told it is sterling but I am not 100% sure. I believe it is turquoise chip but I am also not sure about this. Regardless of silver and stone contents/ authenticity, I am selling AS IS. The front centerpiece measures about .625" long by slightly under .5" wide. It has some marks, scratches, discoloration, patina and other flaws. There are some dents and divots on the band of the ring. The colors may appear a bit differently in person than in the photos (the exact tint is hard to capture). The "turquoise" chips also look more pronounced in some of the photos than they do in person. Please message me with any questions.
