The actual design is slightly smaller to fit on this size board. My stencils are cut on 5 MIL Clear Mylar. They are reusable. If you handle them with care they will last a long time. ABOUT THE MATERIAL: To keep cost down for customers, all stencils are cut on 5 Mil Mylar, which is a transparent, flexible sheet of polyester film. 5 mil = 5-thousandths of an inch (0.005 inch). "Mil" is the gauge, not millimeters. It is a very common stencil material. They are reusable stencils. They are not adhesive so you can use them more than once. They must be taped to your board using painter's or masking tape. I include stenciling instructions and tips with first time orders.
