Fraudsters have no intention of returning the item, they search for any little reason they can demand a partial refund (a tiny hairline crack in one small piece of a 60 year old stained glass lamp). We HIGHLY recommend you block them, eBay policies have loopholes which the scammers/Fraudsters have figure out. That feedback will stay posted until after their “fake return” request closes do to them never returning the item.
