Description: I have been collecting antique tools for 25 years. Now it is time to pass them on to someone else who can enjoy them also.This is a Stanley, L. Bailey block plane 9 3/4, with a reproduction tail handle, Type 7 1886-1888. The cutter iron has a patent date of August 6 1867 and August 31 58 EX'D. It has not been tuned or recently sharpened. There is some japanning missing, a few rust spots and some scratches. Please see my photos for these and any other condition issues.
