The lateral adjuster has patent dates on it though very faint due to prior oxidization.2. The brass depth adjusting wheel has the Baileys patent imprint, and exhibits right hand threads3. The casting configuration is of the shorter earlier type with no frog adjusting mechanism. *****Look carefully at the frog configuration to make sure it is the type frog you are looking for.*****"The frog is in good working condition, though a good bit of the original japaning is absent as can be seen in the photos.The frog has beencompletely gone over, cleaned and lightly oiled. The brass adjusting wheel, and lever cap retaining screw may be removed and placed in the box for shipping.
