Description: Stamped “Villedieu CVD Made in France” on one side of the handle and the initial “G” on the other side. G is likely the initial of the chef for whom this pot was made. It is quite heavy for it’s size, weighing nearly 3 3/4 pounds and is 3mm thick. A very nice pot, tin-lined and good vintage condition. It has as a sturdy brass handle that is attached by 3 large copper rivets. Measures 6½” x 3 3/4”.
