I believe some Series Two high numbers were short prints. It looks like CC22 and CC23 were the hardest to find, with CC24 being scarce too. Decision Update in general is scarce and only a few will be listed. Foil scarcity is in this order: Gold (and silver) - Common Pink Foil - "Uncommon" but very close to Gold foil numbers Green Foil - Called "Rare," about half of pink production that I can see.
