Stacy, JJJ and the others. Book lays flat with a tight spine and great colors inside and out. Very mild wrinkle on the cover, at the spine, approximately 2 inches in height. Also some "wavering" on the interior pages due to age and/or ink production. Thus, the condition is "Very Fine Plus/Near Mint -" (VF+/NM-)See all pictures for more details.
