This RARE find is an excellent piece of education and teaching history and is in Good condition - the book was used as it was intended and the original owner practiced their penmanship on every page! The first page (copy book number three) is 3/4 separated from the book; overall, a very RARE book! The book measures 8.5" x 7" and will be securely packed and shipped to ensure it arrives in the same condition you see in the photos!
