Description: I purchased these Speedplay Frog Mountain Clipless pedals new and used them on a recumbent bike to keep my feet in place on the pedals. They are low mileage but do show some wear. I would estimate that I put about 1000 miles on this bike. Bearings are very smooth. Included are: Two Lightly Used Pedals (Left and Right)Two Shoe cleatsTwo New (cleat inserts)Two Used (cleat inserts)4 Used Cleat securement screws and 2 new screws. These pedals offer easy clip in and clip out as well as some ability to float your foot somewhat. I have now purchased an e-bike and getting up in age and decided to use a conventional non clip in pedals. These pedals will come well packaged.
