This gorgeous bed weighs approximately 220 pounds in total and measures 89 ½” in total height from the floor to the center top of the crown on the headboard, 84 ½” in total outside length/depth, and 65” in total width. The inside (mattress area) dimensions are 60” in width (across the middle of rails), and 79 ½” in length. The internal measurements of the bed would indicate that a queen size mattress will fit however we do recommend that you measure your mattress to ensure proper fit as mattress sizes can vary by 1” to 2” by manufacturer. Please Note that the previous owner was not using bed slats so the bed is not currently configured for slat use. The headboard does break down into three pieces (middle section and 2 posts) for transport.
