Description: Span-Am War U.S. Army Dress Coat And Overcoat. The overcoat has a name it B.S. Blake? I think that’s what it says. No research has been done. The dress jacket is not named. Both the jacket and overcoat were together when I got them. The jacket and overcoat do show signs of wear, stains, mothing,discoloration,ect. The dress jacket is missing the button on the shoulder board. The overcoat might be missing a button as well. The buttons say Massachusetts on both jacket and overcoat. I believe this gentleman was a Massachusetts volunteer in the infantry. Id like to apologize for the photos, some of the photos look more yellowish ( my camera).
