Video Encoder IC failure and/or failed repair attempts: motherboard has ripped pads, broken traces or missing components due to improper/failed HDMI port removal/replacement attempts, or if HDMI port looks fine and system boots to white light, but doesn't produce any image on TV when HDMI cable is connected.
