It has never been used, still in original factory plastic, as seen in the listing photos. It was made in China and I believe released in the year 2023, with UPC 041093932229. Box shows the following information: - 6.5" glass fiber cone, rubber surround, pivoting - 1" polyurethane dome, Ferrofluid cooled, pivoting tweeter in acoustic back chamber - 125 watts maximum - One piece perforated magnetic steel grille - 1 year limited warranty This Sonance speaker is open box new. The box has some wear and tear, but the included speaker is still brand new. Never used, still in original factory plastic. It also comes with documentation, the cut out form and the white steel grille to go over the speaker. The speaker itself is black. Originally this came as a pair, with 2 speakers. However, I already am using one of the speakers, but have no need for the second one. So this is only one speaker, not 2. It shows 2 on the box, but there is only 1 included in this listing.
